Free cancellation up to 3pm two days before arrival
The balance is taken 2 days before arrival. Bookings must be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. If cancellations are not received; the room will be charged in full for the number of nights booked.
Any cancellation within 2 days is none refundable and non transferable.

Bookings of 4 rooms or more are classed as group booking and have a 14 day cancellation policy. This applies even if the guest books each room individually.
